Job description

Position : Manager Sales Furnishing.

Work location - Goa

Exp : 8+ years’ experience in Hospitality or Sales. (experience in Hospitality is preferred)

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities :

  • Convincing Vianaar homeowners to furnish their homes with Vianaar Interiors.
  • Meeting with the client virtually or in person, understanding their requirement accordingly pitching the Vianaar Interior Design.
  • Follow up with potential customers.
  • Engage with existing / potential clients to get referrals.
  • Provide guidance and assist homeowners in all things related to furnishing their home.
  • Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Intermediate design processes, prices, purchase requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts and packages)

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE :

  • Graduate from a reputed institute.
  • 8+ years’ experience in Hospitality or Sales. (experience in Hospitality is preferred)

  • Good design aesthetics
  • Good at stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
