About the role
The Talent Acquisition Lead / Lead – Talent & People is LoglineAI’s first dedicated People / Talent hire. The role is responsible for setting up and running recruitment across engineering, research, product, and GTM, and for establishing basic people processes suitable for a growing, multi-disciplinary company.
The position is hands-on. The Lead will manage full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines in relevant talent pools, set up tools and reporting, and support employer branding efforts. Over time, this role may expand into a broader Head of People position as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Work with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes, success profiles, and interview plans.
Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, offers, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines across engineering, ML, product, growth, and creative roles.
Implement and manage ATS, scorecards, and basic recruitment analytics (time-to-hire, offer accept rate, funnel conversion).
Lead employer branding activities : careers page, candidate materials, social presence, participation in relevant events.
Establish and document basic HR processes for new hires (policies, documentation, feedback mechanisms) in collaboration with finance and legal.
Requirements
7–12+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-growing tech or SaaS companies, including hiring for senior engineering and GTM roles.
Experience operating as a primary or sole recruiter / TA lead for a business unit or startup.
Organized, data-driven approach to recruitment and process improvement.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidates come from high-growth tech or SaaS (Series A–C), media / production houses, or creative agencies with strong in-house TA functions or similar industry background.
