Our platform leverages cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to build smart, safe, and supportive tools for clinicians and patients in mental health.
We’re growing our core team and are looking for an AI & LLM Engineer to help shape and scale our backend intelligence. If you're excited by the intersection of machine learning, mental health, and impactful product-building—this could be for you.
What You’ll Do
Build and optimize RAG pipelines for our psychiatry-focused AI platformFine-tune and deploy LLMs for clinical, conversational, and cognitive tasksIntegrate AI components into a cloud-based, React frontend and Python backend stackCollaborate with a small, high-performing team of engineers, clinicians, and product leadsHelp define AI ethics and safety guardrails in a mental health contextOur Tech Stack
Languages : Python (FastAPI), JavaScript / TypeScript (React)Infra : AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3), Postgres, DockerAI / ML : OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector DBs (e.g. Pinecone, FAISS)You Might Be a Fit If You Have :
Experience building or deploying LLM applications in production (ideally with RAG)Strong background in Python and machine learning frameworksFamiliarity with cloud-native development, ideally on AWSUnderstanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector searchInterest in healthcare, cognitive science, or mental health is a big plusThe Offer
