  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in SuccessFactors EC / Time Off.
  • Certified with Valid Delta in SF EC. Good Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge of Time Off processes and implementation experience.
  • Experience in client workshops for Time Off.
  • Analyze business requirements and transform into SF workbook.
