We're Hiring : DevOps / SRE Technical Trainer

Location : Gurgaon | 💼 Experience : 8+ Years

Are you passionate about DevOps, automation, and cloud-native technologies? Do you enjoy empowering others through hands-on learning?

We’re looking for a DevOps / SRE expert who can start by leading a technical training bootcamp and then transition into impactful client-facing projects across cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, and site reliability.

What You'll Work On :

Hands-on training on :
Linux, Bash & Python scripting
Git and version control workflows
Cloud fundamentals : AWS / GCP / Azure
CI / CD : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
Docker & Kubernetes
Infrastructure as Code : Terraform, Ansible
Observability : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
DevSecOps, incident response, blameless post-mortems
Conduct tool walkthroughs, labs & real-world simulations
Align training goals with engineering delivery outcomes
Post-training, contribute as a DevOps / SRE consultant on live projects

What We’re Looking For :

8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE

Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python

Proficiency in CI / CD , Docker , Kubernetes , Terraform , and Ansible

Good exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Experience in training / mentoring is a big plus

Excellent communication & leadership skills
