Role Overview
- Monitor daily plant operations and equipment performance
- Ensure smooth functioning of treatment processes (mechanical, electrical, or chemical, based on role)
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
- Assist in routine maintenance and repair work
- Maintain safety and environmental compliance standards
- Keep daily logs and submit performance reports
- Work closely with the plant team to improve efficiency
- Support in implementing best practices for energy and cost savings
