Job Title : Property Accountant (ResMan - Property Management)

Location : Ahmedabad, India

Shift Timing : 2 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM IST (Mon - Fri)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Property Accountant with 1 - 4 years of experience and hands-on expertise in ResMan . The role involves managing day-to-day accounting for U.S.-based property portfolios while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies. This position is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing accounting tasks across multiple properties in a dynamic offshore environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations in ResMan , including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Record and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions for multiple properties.
• Process tenant payments, deposits, and refunds while adhering to accounting policies.
• Assist with monthly and annual closing activities , including journal entries and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and maintain property-level financial statements such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Collaborate with the onshore accounting and property management teams for budget tracking, vendor payments, and issue resolution.
• Validate and maintain accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reporting.
• Communicate effectively with U.S. clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth accounting operations and timely deliverables.
