To accelerate this journey, were hiring a high-performing Growth Manager who will be responsible for driving strategy, owning the revenue, and solving complex growth challenges end-to-end.
Role Overview :
This is not a campaign executor rolethis is a revenue-owning, business problem-solving position.
As the Growth Manager, you will build, lead, and execute strategies that drive measurable business growth.
You will be on top of every metricrevenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversionsand will identify and solve blockers before they surface.
Ideal candidates will have a consulting background & mindset, high ownership, and an ability to drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
Key Ownership :
- Be the owner of P&L responsible for hitting and growing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Forecast growth plans and align execution across marketing, performance, product, and operations.
Strategy & Growth Problem Solving :
Identify high-leverage growth opportunities by deeply analyzing customer journeys, acquisition funnels, and conversion gaps.Solve complex problems around user drop-offs, retention, category scale, product merchandising, and CAC / LTV efficiency.Build structured frameworks and growth playbooks to solve repeatable business challenges.Campaigns & Execution Leadership :
Own planning and execution of major sales, seasonal pushes, and growth experiments.Collaborate with marketing, creative, and ops teams to ensure timely and consistent execution across all platforms.Make data-led decisions on which levers to double down onfrom new user acquisition to increasing AOV or improving PDP conversions.Data-Driven Decision Making :
Stay on top of performance data across key metrics (CAC, ROAS, PDP conversion, CLTV, retention).Translate insights into fast, actionable decisions and scalable Alignment :Align multiple stakeholders brand, marketing, performance, product, and fulfillment toward unified business goals.Create accountability-driven work culture with clarity on outcomes and ownership.What Were Looking 3 to 5 years of experience, with 1 to 2 years in a high-growth D2C or consumer internet business.
Strong background in strategy, growth, or consulting problem-solving mindset is a must.Proven success in owning and growing business revenue independently.Ability to think big-picture while owning granular execution details.Excellent communication and leadership Consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or growth strategy teams in top startups.Experience scaling a category, vertical, or product line in a high-growth brand.An entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building high-performance consumer brands.Why Nap Chief?
