Specialist - Talent Acquisition the Job :

Key Responsibilities :
- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the complete recruitment process from initial sourcing to successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Strategic Sourcing : Proactively source high-quality candidates using a variety of channels including job portals (e.g., Naukri), professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn), social media, and internal referral programs.
- Candidate Assessment : Conduct thorough resume screening and initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination : Efficiently coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams / hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely scheduling.
- Pipeline Management : Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles, particularly in sales, CRM, and site operations, to ensure a continuous talent flow.
- Employer Branding & Job Postings : Manage job postings across various platforms and contribute to enhancing our employer brand to attract a diverse pool of talent.
- Onboarding & Documentation : Ensure timely completion of all necessary recruitment documentation and facilitate a smooth handover for the onboarding process.
- Hiring Analytics : Track key hiring metrics and maintain comprehensive recruitment dashboards to provide insights into recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Relationships : Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and, when necessary, liaise effectively with external recruitment Education : Bachelors / masters degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- An MBA is a plus.
- Experience : 2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- Experience in real estate recruitment or high-volume hiring environments is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills : Familiarity with diverse sourcing techniques and proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zimyo, Keka, etc.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple open positions concurrently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Industry Knowledge : A strong understanding of various real estate roles and their specific requirements is a significant advantage
