We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Insurance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and business development, with a proven ability to drive growth and mentor high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and lead a team of 8-10 highly motivated front-line sales professionals to drive business growth.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture by implementing the digital sales management process and encouraging desired sales behaviors.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the advisor (agent) network and achieve business targets.
- Plan, monitor, and manage the branch / unit’s revenue objectives to ensure consistent growth.
- Regularly review the team's progress against set goals, providing guidance and support to drive success.
- Ensure business quality and persistency , maintaining long-term client relationships and sustainable sales performance.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Experience : Minimum 10 + years in Life Insurance – Agency , with at least 2 + year in team management and handling .Education : Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.Skills : Strong leadership, sales management, strategic planning, and business development expertise.CTC : Upto 13 LPA (Depends on the Interview)
