About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) with at least 2 years of experience to lead and coordinate cross-functional technical initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex programs on time and within Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery across engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Facilitate regular check-ins, stand-ups, and status updates to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
• Remove roadblocks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance throughout the software development Qualifications :
• 2+ years of experience in technical program / project management, preferably in a tech or product-driven company.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical to Have :
• Technical background or hands-on experience in software engineering.
