Overview of the position

This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for candidates passionate about building scalable systems, mentoring developers, and delivering impactful technology solutions in a collaborative environment.

The Tech Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects by providing technical direction, leadership, and mentorship to the development team, whilst ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business goals and timelines.

Making significant contributions to the mobile payments industry, bringing engineering excellence, innovating new features, and functions in customer centric applications, you'll be responsible for analysing product requirements, design implementations, and participating in integration testing.

You will be an integral part of an innovative, dedicated, and high-performance team and you'll need to match their level of excellence, delivering world-class banking applications.

Requirements of the position

The incumbent is expected to :
