We export to the USA, Middle East, Canada, and other global markets, and are known for our focus on quality, compliance, and international certifications (FDA, NPPO, ISO, HACCP, etc.).

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant (EA) based in Delhi NCR to support the Director in daily activities, strategic projects, travel planning, and high-level communications. This role is crucial for enabling the Director to focus on business expansion and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar and schedule meetings (domestic and international)

Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, visas, hotels, local transport, detailed itineraries)

Draft, review, and send professional emails and internal updates on behalf of the Director

Prepare presentations, reports, and export-related documentation

Organize business records, compliance certificates, and maintain secure documentation systems

Coordinate with internal teams (finance, sales, operations) and external partners (clients, agents, vendors)

Monitor project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely execution and follow-ups

Support recruitment activities and maintain CRM data (Zoho CRM)

Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

Minimum 2 years of experience supporting senior leadership (EA / PA roles preferred)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoho (CRM, Books), and travel planning tools

Willingness to work flexible hours and coordinate across global time zones

Highly professional, reliable, and proactive

  • Collaboration : Work in tandem with other International Sales Managers, sharing market insights and strategies.
  • Feedback and Reporting : Regularly communicate with the Global Sales Director regarding sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
