Title : Senior Salesforce Omni Studio Developer

Location : Hyderabad | Chennai | Pune |Bangalore | Noida | Mumbai

Experience : 6+ years in Salesforce, Minimum 1+ year in Omnistudio

Responsibilities :

• Certificates required : Platform Developer I, II and Omni studio Developer is preferred.
• 6+ years’ experience with Apex (Triggers, Classes, and Batch Classes) & Visualforce pages.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Interface : Lightning / Flexi Page, Lightning Component (AURA), Lightning Web Component, Knowledge of Lightning System.
• Experience implementing Salesforce with other applications using API’s (SOAP / REST / BULK / .)
• Declarative development : Flows, Process Builder and Workflows.
• Experience in Velocity card UI framework and Architecture (Digital and Service Layer).
• Experience with Foundations of Omni studio (Omni script, Data raptor, Flex Card, Integration Procedure) is highly desired.
• Ability to demonstrate applications and solve technical problems.
• As a key contributor on a project team, guide customers through the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Responsible for solution design & documentation.
• Lead Customer-facing Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to uncover customers’ business, functional, and technological requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements.
• Document business requirements as part of the Technical Design Document in collaboration with Technical Architect.
• Ensure acceptance criteria are defined for each story and own the design.
• Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to the solution’s end users.
• Work with a Project Manager to manage a project to scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
