18–19 LPA Role Overview We are seeking a

hands-on, self-driven Business Analyst

to lead the business requirements function for our lending systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment without waiting for direction. This role involves extensive interaction with both internal stakeholders and external vendors, and requires strong domain expertise in lending systems and data analytics. Key Responsibilities Partner with business teams to

gather, analyze, and document requirements

across lending workflows. Prepare

BRDs, FRDs, user stories

and ensure clarity of scope for tech implementation. Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into scalable, robust system solutions. Conduct

gap analysis

and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency. Lead stakeholder workshops, drive alignment, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Manage

vendor relationships

timelines, and quality of deliverables. Design and document

process flows, wireframes, system diagrams

and data schemas. Coordinate and conduct

ensuring functionality and business alignment post-deployment. Stay abreast of

regulatory changes and lending industry trends

to inform system improvements. Work extensively with

Data Warehouse teams

for reporting, analysis, and insights generation. Required Skill Sets Proven experience in

business analysis for lending systems

and experience working with DWH teams. Proficiency in writing BRDs, FRDs, and working in Agile environments. Exceptional
