Position Summary :
Meril Life Sciences is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our Research & Development team as R&D Officers. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates passionate about medical technology and innovation. The role will involve hands-on support in the design, testing, and validation of advanced medical devices and frequent field travel to hospitals and clinical sites.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the development, testing, and validation of medical devices and systems.Travel to clinical sites and hospitals for :Anatomical and procedural data collectionSystem testing, usability validation, and field feedbackSupporting field deployment and technical troubleshootingWork closely with R&D engineers, clinical experts, and regulatory teams to support cross-functional projects.Document field findings, clinical insights, and validation reports in compliance with internal processes.Contribute to innovation initiatives in surgical robotics and healthcare technologies.Educational Qualifications :
B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical EngineeringB.Sc. in Biology / Life SciencesKey Skills and Competencies :
Basic understanding of human anatomy (mandatory)Willingness to travel frequently for field assignmentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood documentation and observation capabilitiesPassion for healthcare innovation, medical devices, or roboticsSelf-driven with the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentPreferred Attributes :
Interest in surgical or diagnostic technologiesExposure to clinical environments or internships in the healthcare domain (if any)Problem-solving and analytical mindsetWork Environment :
