Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implementation & Configuration : Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP Business One solutions, including system configuration, module setup, and master data migration.
  • Customization & Development : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions, reports, queries, and integrations within SAP B1 using SDK, SQL, Crystal Reports, and other relevant tools to meet specific client requirements.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Provide expert-level technical support, diagnose, and resolve complex SAP B1 system issues, performance problems, and user-reported errors in a timely manner.
  • Integration : Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to design and implement integrations between SAP B1 and other third-party applications.
  • Training & Documentation : Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users and create detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.
  • System Maintenance : Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance and stability.
  • Client Communication : Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing SAP Business One solutions.
  • Strong technical proficiency in SAP B1 development and integration, including hands-on experience with :
  • SAP Business One Software Development Kit (SDK)
  • SQL (TSQL / HANA SQL) for queries, stored procedures, and database management
  • Crystal Reports for report development
  • DI API, UI API, and other integration tools
  • In-depth knowledge of core SAP B1 modules and their functionalities (e.g., Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Service).
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One) are a significant advantage.
