Finance Officer - Gurugram

Job Summary :

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support our accounting and finance operations. This role requires hands-on involvement in transactional activities, reconciliations, reporting support, and ERP system usage. The ideal candidate will have strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, excellent Excel skills, and experience with financial software tools.

Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in the timely and accurate closing of books of accounts
• Maintain compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements
• Help configure and manage ERP accounting software (e.g., Business Central, QuickBooks)
• Collaborate with internal teams for financial tracking and analysis
• Assist with audits, data preparation, and documentation
• Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Support the implementation of process improvements and automation

Role Requirements :

Work Schedule : Monday – Friday

Salary : Based on experience and domain knowledge
