Freelance Software Engineer

Looking for a Freelance Zoho Developer to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Zoho CRM Customization :
• Customize Zoho CRM modules using Deluge (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment) scripting.
• Create custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and automation to support business processes.
• Application Development :
• Design and develop custom applications using Zoho Creator with Deluge for data handling, business logic, and integrations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using Zoho Analytics .
• Integration & API Development :
• Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools (like Gmail, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, etc.) via REST APIs using Deluge and custom functions.
• Work on Zoho Flow , Webhooks , and Custom API integrations to streamline cross-platform workflows.
• Process Automation :
• Automate business tasks (e.g., lead assignment, invoicing, follow-ups) using Deluge scripts and Zoho Automation tools .
• Implement and maintain Blueprints , Workflow Rules , and Scheduled Functions .
• Data Management :
• Manage data import / export, cleansing, and transformation processes within Zoho using Deluge scripts.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across modules.
• Support and Maintenance :
• Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in existing Zoho solutions.
• Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training to internal teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Interact with business users to gather requirements and provide Zoho-based solutions.
• Work closely with project managers, analysts, and other developers to deliver scalable solutions.
