Odoo Project Manager

We are looking for Odoo Project Manager / Lead Consultant

Location : On-site, Dubai

Compensation : Salary + conveyance reimbursement (to / from office) + accommodation provided

Experience : 8+ years (including team lead experience)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Odoo PM / Lead to oversee our Odoo upgrade and implementation project (from v15 to v18 / 19). The role involves requirement mapping, solution design, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the full Odoo upgrade and implementation lifecycle.
• Perform detailed GAP analysis and map business requirements to Odoo functionalities.
• Coordinate between internal teams and existing implementation partners.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure accurate configuration aligned with Odoo’s double-entry accounting structure.
• Support training, UAT, and project documentation.
