Job descriptionUnderstand client’s brief and deliver designs as per their brand guidelines Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Design groundbreaking ideas for day-to-day tasks, company services and product presentations and client pitch decks Make confident design decisions, and be supportive in helping others develop their ideas Qualifications - Degree (or equivalent) in Design, or related field At least 1-2 years’ graphic design experience, with a focus on branding and brand building A proven track record of creative idea generation and development An ability to think strategically with knowledge of marketing principles and how they impact design Strong presentation, organisational and time management skills Fluency in English A keen ability to work with and motivate others on the team Confident, results-oriented, hands-on, and self-motivated Proficient in design software. Well skilled in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat and an understanding of the capabilities of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design) Opportunity to work on diverse projects Build brand / ideas from the ground up Fun group of colleagues Good remuneration package
