Job Title : Tableau BI Developer

Location : Hyderabad (100% On Site)

Timings : 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Tableau BI Developer to join our data and analytics team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, translating business needs into actionable insights, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across various sources.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to gather and understand reporting needs.
  • Translate complex datasets into accessible insights to drive business decisions.
  • Optimize and fine-tune Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of dashboards, data sources, and business logic.
  • Work with SQL and data warehouses to prepare datasets and write complex queries for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure best practices in data visualization, UX, and storytelling.
  • Provide user training and support on Tableau dashboards and usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5–6 years of professional experience in Tableau development.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server / Online.
  • Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
  • Experience working with large datasets from relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing principles.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, normalization, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
