Storage Duty

Backup Duty On Duty roster to support for 24 x 7 Standby sercices, participate ad-hoc incident NetWorker Job monitoring NetWorker Policy Update NetWorker Schedule Update NetWorker Job release / Hold NetBackup Job monitoring NetBackup Policy Update NetBackup Schedule Update NetBackup Job release / Hold Change creation, update and Closure Handle ad-hoc incident Job re-run on failure Basic trouble shooting of backup failure Fetch of the backup data Extension of backup image Manage clones and replication Review alerts and manage escalations Execute backup related changes Advance trouble shooting for Application related backup Handle ad-hoc S@R / Medium incident Process management request for fetching information and design changes

Minimum 8 years of relevant hands-on experience on above-mentioned technology Degree in Computer Science / Information System or related disciplines

Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills. Fluent in English Fluent in Cantonese would be an advantage Mandatory for Cantonese speaking for Hong Kong Hiring
