Role Description

Recruitment Delivery Manager, located on-site in Phoenix, AZ. The Recruitment Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing recruitment programs, analyzing recruitment metrics, and consulting with hiring managers. The role also involves effective team management and ensuring the recruitment strategies align with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating recruitment metrics and strategies
• Expertise in Vendor Management and Team Management, handling client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills for consulting with hiring managers and collaborating with teams
• Experience in Consulting, particularly in recruitment processes and strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
