Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Key Responsibilities :

Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Optimize content for websites and social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.

Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns including budget allocation, targeting, A / B testing, and performance tracking.

Analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to identify trends and insights.

Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create effective landing pages and marketing materials.

Manage and grow social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.

Hands-on experience with SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
