Job Description :
We are looking for a Production Support Analyst- to help our client manage the Production Support of their core Trading and allied systems. You will provide technical business analysis support to Production support teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain the reliability and stability of systems. You'll be working with- our clients and other stakeholders to assess the new systems on their readiness for handover to support team and guide production support team for transition. You would be working with Development and testing teams to resolve and mitigate the problems identified by support team by providing insights of domain and system. We are looking for talent currently- based in- India location.
Your Impact :
- Defining business and functional requirements to determine how to measure business results, model current / future business processes, gather technical requirements and identify the organizational changes required for solution architecture
- Delivery of process flow mapping across functional & non-functional epics / stories mapped to macro-level journeys and regulatory issues
- Articulate technology-based solutions, present in new business situations and workshops, and sometimes navigate complex client situations
- Be the first point of contact to identify, manage and resolve requirement questions, dependencies, issues and risks with the onshore and offshore team and business
- Deliver Customer value through defining, measuring and achieving SLA requirements for support
- Communicate effectively with the users and the other senior members of the client team [Strong verbal and written communication]
- Represent team in client meetings, stakeholder calls and will provide updates to clients, participate in discussions
- Ability to work and communicate with the various stakeholders (Tier1 Support, DBA, Infrastructure, Dev) related to the incidents / issues and being able to meet their communication requirements
Qualifications :
5-10 years' experience in delivering complex business or technology solutions,- from solution design to end-to-end system implementationBusiness and functional requirement gathering with technical knowledge- of database system SQL, NoSQL, My SQL etcGood understanding end to end process flow in- physical commodity, trading or banking industryExperience with agile processes and understand of tools like Jira, Confluence and VisioAbility to work with cross-functional teams developing business and systems requirements, user interface design and prototyping, data modelling, and system designExperience in supporting Energy and Commodity clients in their Production system maintenanceRequire knowledge of EOD support along with experience in Azure Monitoring, SQL DB, and Power BI.Set Yourself Apart :
Hands-on experience with product configurations, design, and implementation of- CTRM Systems Open Link, Allegro or Aspect.Note : Candidates who are immediate joiners or can start within a week are preferred .
