Salary : 8k-10k + Incentives

Key Responsibilities :

Calling customer. (leads will be provided by company)

Explaining various insurance products to customers.

Taking follow ups with interested leads & converting leads to customers.

Handling customer query & updating customers regarding policies, required documents.

Reminding existing customers regarding policy renewal.

Maintaining & updating Data in CRM.

Maintaining daily calling & follow up reports.

Achieving daily / weekly call targets.

Skills Required :

Min 6 months of experience.

Must have good communication skill.

Must know Odia & Hindi

Must have completed Graduation.
