Your Role
- Troubleshoot and manage complex network issues across Layer 1, 2, and 3.
- Monitor network performance and proactively resolve incidents within SLA / SLT.
- Operate and maintain routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
- Perform break-fix changes on faulty hardware (Cisco, Juniper, HPE).
- Escalate and coordinate with datacenter technicians and hardware / carrier vendors to resolve outages and ensure RCA documentation.
- Work with SNMP-based tools for fault and performance management.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Your Profile
7+ years of experience in network operations and troubleshooting.Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus (3K, 9K), Juniper MX routers, and SRX 5400 firewalls.Deep understanding of routing protocols and network monitoring tools.Proficient in handling proactive / reactive tickets and driving resolution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration.CCNP certified (preferred).What You Will Love Working at Capgemini
