Role Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Legal Intern eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic legal team. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of legal agreements supporting our cross-border operations, partnerships, and innovative business models.

1. Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents

- Intellectual Property (IP) Management : patents, trademarks, and copyright
- Employment and Internship Agreements
- Data Privacy and Protection Policies
- Product and Website Disclaimers
- Commission and Incentive Agreements
- Vendor and Third-Party Engagement Agreements
- White Label and Licensing Agreements
- Blockchain and Digital Governance Agreements
- Rules and Guidelines : disciplinary, disqualification, and ethical frameworks
2. Regulatory & Compliance Research
Virtues : Integrity, Responsibility, AdaptabilityConduct research on :USA and India legal frameworks for corporate governance and complianceData privacy and technology lawHealth and wellness product regulations3. Supporting Governance & Ethical Frameworks
