Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Legal Intern eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic legal team. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of legal agreements supporting our cross-border operations, partnerships, and innovative business models.

• Intellectual Property (IP) Management : patents, trademarks, and copyright
• Employment and Internship Agreements
• Data Privacy and Protection Policies
• Product and Website Disclaimers
• Commission and Incentive Agreements
• Vendor and Third-Party Engagement Agreements
• White Label and Licensing Agreements
• Blockchain and Digital Governance Agreements
• Rules and Guidelines : disciplinary, disqualification, and ethical frameworks
