Computer Aided Design Drafter

Job Description – Design Draughtsman

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate engineering and tooling drawings (DRG) using

AutoCAD and Autodesk

software.

Coordinate with

PPC, Sales, and other internal departments

to gather design inputs and obtain necessary approvals.

Update drawings, maintain revision control, and ensure all documents meet quality and engineering standards.

Provide technical support to the production team by clarifying design specifications and resolving drawing-related issues.

Achieve daily design targets and meet project deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.

Work effectively in

two rotational shifts

as required.

Requirements

ITI or Diploma

in Mechanical Drafting / Mechanical Engineering.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD & Autodesk

drafting tools.

Strong understanding of

manufacturing drawings, GD&T, and detailing practices .

Detail-oriented, target-driven, and capable of effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

Good communication and documentation skills.
