Land & Investment Analyst - Cash Flow & Decks Responsibilities :

• Build and update cash flow models for land transactions and JV deals, including IRR and ROI analysis.
• Prepare investment memos, pitch decks, and internal committee notes.
• Support the structuring of JV or outright proposals, ensuring financial soundness.
• Work closely with legal and technical teams to ensure cohesive and accurate proposals.
• Maintain a library of templates for financial modeling, presentations, and investment Candidate :
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and real estate investment analysis.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise, and compelling financial presentations.
• Understanding of the full lifecycle of real estate transactionsfrom analysis to deal closure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
