We’re looking for a Senior System Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in managing hybrid infrastructure (on-prem & cloud), optimizing performance, and ensuring top-tier security and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Administer & maintain Windows and Linux servers

Manage VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox virtual environments

Deploy and manage Docker & Kubernetes containers

Set up monitoring (Prometheus, Zabbix) and backup solutions (Veeam, rsync)

Implement firewall rules, OS patching, and system hardening (BitLocker)

Automate infrastructure tasks using Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform

Manage DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and load balancers

Provide remote support & MDM administration

Support and secure hybrid infrastructure

Conduct vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance.

Must-Have Skills : -

• Strong command over Windows & Linux administration
• Virtualization : VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox
• Containers : Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring & Backup : Prometheus, Zabbix, Veeam
• Scripting & Automation : Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform
• Networking and Data storage fundamentals (RAID, SSD, iSCSI, CEPH)
• Security patching & OS hardening
• MDM tools and remote IT support experience

Nice to Have : -

SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL administration

Experience with Nutanix, Windows Server, AD, LDAP, SSO

Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira, Freshservice)

Certifications like RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, GCP

Availability

Full-time, In-Office (Bengaluru)

Occasional weekend / off-hour support for critical ops
