What you will do in your role :

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and experienced leader to join our Compliance and Ethics Team. The position is based out of Bangalore, India. This role will support all employees across KGS and will primarily be responsible for actively partnering with business leadership, employees, and peers across the globe for solutions that :

• Advance our culture.
• Enable progression towards his / her business partners key strategies and goals.
• Accelerate value capture; and,
• Ensure KGS operates in a manner that is efficient, risk-optimized, and compliant with global laws & regulations.
